Not my proudest dev, but there is a way to "disable" the DEV HUB by breaking it...

Just rename the file "C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\dev-hub.html" into "C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\dev-hub-disabled.html" and there you go

There is no current roadmap item to make the interfaces configurable.

Thanks Jlo, It works, but it disables for all the users.

We will try to remove all edit, create access through security roles from Dev Hub to these users.
