MAC users not able to Authenticate after upgrade

After a upgrade from QlikSense Enterprise 2021 to 2022 May SR04, MAC users are not able to authenticate.

The issue only happens on MAC.

 Hi @pauljohansson  After an upgrade, the proxy settings in the services.conf file are reset to default values.

Refer to this article and check that your proxy configuration is still in place

LicenseServiceProxySetUp 

 

Also refer to this if using other custom settings as they too will be overwritten

Considerations about custom configurations
