Migrating to new machine and domain

We are currently running single node QlikSense 2.2 on our Windows 2008R2 VM.  We are upgrading all our servers to 2012R2 and to a new domain.  Is it possible to migrate our configuration and data to a new install of QlikSense 2.2 on the new server/domain?  Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated.
