We need to uninstall and reinstall QSEOW August 2022 SR 16 to move files from D to C drive. Performed backup and restore steps referencing postgresql 12.5 but it was not successful. Ran the 4 pg commands to restore but no indication that any files were restored, no failures either just a cursor flash and returned to prompt. Started services back up, but site was not restored. Tried dropping and recreating the database and running again, no luck.
Are the steps to backup/restore different when running postgresql 14?
