No new entry available in Virtual Proxy JWT - invalid public key certificate

Hi

I updated from November 2019 to February 2022 and after the update it is no longer possible to add new names to the "HOST ALLLOW LIST" in the configuration page of a virtual proxy service configured before the update.
The service worked before and it still works now after the update, but I need to add a new server and its address in the list but it is not possible, the message I report below appears.

The public key

the public key was generated a year ago by QMC "Certificate" PEM type entry and the virtual proxy works ... I don't understand why if I now add a name in "HOST ALLLOW LIST" it is invalid instead?

Tips?

ThanKs

Robb

@robb183 : Did you find a solution? We have the same issue when Upgrading from Sept 2020 to May 2022.

@Eugene_Sleator : Any more information available? Our IT is not quite happy with the knowledgebase article. They don't know what they have to do..

Thx,

Roland
