Node based security rule

Spoiler

Hi everyone.

QlikSense June 2020 Patch 2.

I have a multi node configuration with prod central node (No engine), prod Engine node (this is the engine linked to the central) and a SelfService node. I have users with permission to the prod and the Selfservice as well.

I used a Load Balancing rule to configure that resources (apps) from the Selfservice node wont be visible on the prod node.

However, i couldn't find a way to hide the "selfservice assigned" streams from the prod central hub.

If I go to the central node, i can see the "selfservice assigned" streams but if i click them, i cannot see the apps published to them.

Is there a way to hide the "selfservice assigned" streams when im logged on through the prod node? based on the url/ip/ server name?

thanks

Hello!

There is unfortunately no way around this. Load Balancing rules apply on Apps and therefore you will always see the Streams that the users have access to even though they will be empty.
