Operations monitor shows start time and end time of task as same

Hi,

any one have idea how to fix error " operation monitor shows same time for both start and end for the task in task details section.

The remaining question would be is it for all apps or only some apps, and if it has been verified that the app doesn't actually has a very basic script or its a test app that actually runs that fast. But if the reload takes longer and is not reflected, best option to proceed with the articles above.
