Hi All,

I am trying to install 12 C connectors on Server, I have done below items but still 'Oracle connector for OLE DB' providers is not able to connect with database

1. Installed Oracle Client  'winx64_12102_client' file
2. Installed 'ODAC121024_x64' and placed tnsnames, sqlnet and ldap.ora files in Network\Admin\ folder
3. Restarted the server

Do I have to update something specific in tnsnames.ora file?

I can see 'Oracle connector for OLE DB' but connection is failing, please let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Check if your TNSping to the database is working

It was a TNS issue, got it resolved.
