Performance issue on running reports

We are facing performance issues over the last few months when running certain reports and end users confirm it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to extract reports. We dont see any extreme resource utilization at this point.

Would you pls assist us to understand and troubleshoot this issue .

Could you detail what do you exactly mean by it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to extract the report? You mean to open the Qlik Sense apps?
