Prevent users adding data from local computer

Hello All,

I already finished for Hub installation in Qlik Sense,

one of Qlik Sense purpose is become central data in server, so no body users can add data from others source to prevent discrepancy data and because fact table in qvd files already prepared in server.

So, how I can prevent users adding data from local computer (see picture, function I want to remove).

Please help.
