QMC Task does not run - skipped

Hi All,

One of the task is stuck at skipped state. No matter how many times i run it does not start. Below is a screenshot of the issue. The task shows a state as App is already updating.

Can anyone share some info on how to resolve this. 

Creating a new task also gets into the same state.
