We are using Qlik Sense Nov 2019 Release Patch 6. I followed the below instructions to install QMC utilities. It installs wwithout an issue and the service is Qlik EA Power tools service is running fine too but when I am trying to access
https://localhost:9945/qmcu/ it crashes "This Page cannot be displayed"
