QMC authentication is not happening


I have installed Qlik senses Enterprise April 2019 on Windows server 2016. Both QMC and Qlik sense HUB short cut created on the desktop. but when I click on QMC its asking authentication and when I tried username (qsadmin) and password it is not going further.

not sure credentials are correct, pls advice do I need to enable any ports or firewalls.

When prompted, use the credentials for the account you are running the Qlik Sense services with. Make sure you type the user name in the following format "domain\userid" and the associated password for that account. Log on to QMC first, configure user directory and set up Root admins and assign licenses so you can open apps.
