QMC don't update to show the correct status

After upgrading to Aug 2021 SR2 QMC is not updating to show current state

A fix is mentioned here:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Tasks-in-the-Qlik-Sense-Management-Console-don-t-update-to-s...

My questions for that fix are:

Is this to be applied at the Central node only?
Should any service be restarted?

Hi @Sonja_Bauernfeind ,

Any idea about this ?

Unfortunately, I do not have QS Server right now to check on this.

Thanks,

Ashutosh

This should have been fixed in August release. Does the refresh button turn orange after change?

If so des it update when you click on it?

If not please create a support case so we can investigate.

Hello @gandalfgray

This should be configured on all the nodes. And yes all the services should be restarted in order as below article suggests.

 https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Manual-Start-and-Stop-order-of-Qlik-Sense-services/ta-p/1713...

Best Regards

As @Sooraj_Suresh was saying the servers needs to be restarted.

My concern is,  from what I could see in the defect, this is marked as fixed in the August 2021 version.

If it is still broken, we need to know.

You can apply directly, We have done the changes. Yes Scheduler is required to restart.
