QS Dev cloud and Prod cloud

Can someone please answer this question.  I have a QS development environment and I'm able to publish to the SaaS cloud.  I have since setup a production environment which mirrors my development and I can do everything but publish to the cloud.  I get a 401 authorization error msg.

Hi,

Currently, there is a limitation of one IDP by IDP type in Qlik Sense SaaS. So, if you used Local Bearer token to create the distribution of apps from QS Enterprise to QS SaaS, then what I would expect is you wouldn't be able to create a new IDP for the link for the second system.

Conversely, if you attempted to use THE SAME IDP for a different QSE instance then the token copied from multi-cloud screen from the second instance would be inaccurate to the settings in SaaS and the second QS Enterprise would error in the App distribution service because it doesn't have the permission to authenticate to the Qlik Sense SaaS tenant.

That said, if you DM me your case number, I will look it over and can ask some more specific questions.

I put a support ticket in last Thursday and have yet to hear anything back.  Once I do I will update the thread.  I'm glad I'm not the only one with the same problem.  Thanks

Thanks Adam for your assistance in getting this to work.  Just so everyone knows Adam had me set up a second Local Bearer token IDP on the QCS Side and it worked.
