QS Hub and QMC do not open

Hi, I installed Qlik Sense enterprise on windows and Qlik NPprinting on Win Server 2019 on Hyper-V. At the beginning they worked well but at some point QS stopped working. (QNprinting seems to be working).

QS February 2023, QNPprinting 2024 Feb SR1. So that’s what I checked.

  1. A screenshot from Chrome ... I also tried https://localhost/hub and IP address

  1. All services up & running

  1. Log

  1. Checking port 4242 – first I used telnet

  1. I also created a separate rule to open the port but no difference…

  1. I also followed a suggestion found somewhere on the community and enabled  IPv4 ...

Here’s the system configuration:

Any idea Guys?

I was thinking if it is not an issue with the computer name - T14 - but this is sth I changed at the beginning and it was working for some time ... so it's probably not that...

Have the services been restarted?

Might be that they weren't started in the correct order

  1. Qlik Sense Repository Database (may also be called postgresql-x64-12)
  2. (if installed) Qlik Sense Logging Service
  3. Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher
  4. Qlik Sense Repository Service
Note: Delay for up to five seconds before starting the Qlik Sense Repository Service to allow the Dispatcher time to start its microservices.
  5. Qlik Sense Proxy Service, Qlik Sense Engine Service, Qlik Sense Scheduler Service, Qlik Sense Printing Service

are you sure that port 4242 is open? try below command in cmd on Qlik Sense server

Netstat -ano 4242

first stop all Qlik services & then try

Hi, they start in a natural order so I don't think it's gonna be the issue

I also used the suggestion from https://community.qlik.com/t5/Deployment-Management/Error-on-4242-and-no-postgresql-table/td-p/13371... regarding 4242 and .NET but it didn't work either ...
