Qlik Insight Advisor Chat - Unable to get data

Hi All,

We have installed Qlik Sense November 2020 version and with this Qlik has integrated Qlik Insight Advisor chat. The issue is it is not giving any apps if we click on show apps. 

we have valid license for this and enabled Insights advisor chat on one application and reloaded app as well.

Still we are not able get any data or app. Can anyone has faced this issue. If yes can you please provide solution.

Can you share us the error that you see?

I have followed the above article and resolved the issue. Now Qlik Insight Advisor chat is working as expected.
