Qlik Sense Services are not Running and Heart Beat error in Repository

Hi Folks,

Initially, Qlik Sense(Nov 22) Single node deployment done. After server restart, services are not starting and giving 1068 error. tried to fix all the possible solution which is mentioned in this article (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/1068-The-dependency-service-or-group-failed-... ) 

but no luck
at final step, we uninstalled the Qlik sense and installed the Feb 2023 Qlik sense. It also the same, worked for few days and after server restart, services are not starting giving 1068 error. 

found this error in the logs

Failed to update heartbeat for Repository service status on node siiplqlikser the database system is shutting down↵↓The underlying provider failed on Open.↵↓The "Get" operation failed.
