Qlik Sense Upgradation failed with error "Detected failing msi: PostgreSQL"

While upgrading qlik sense from November 2018 to September 2019 I am getting below error.

Kindly suggest the solution. Logs are attached herewith.

I have stopped all services on all nodes except DB Postgresql service(its in running state).

Any changes in conf files? Can I rollback or need to fresh install?

Hi, 

Looking at the Postgres logs attached, there are no error messages. It just stops all of a sudden. 

I see to upgrade summary logs in the zip. One at 20:26 and the other at 21:39.

Could you check if you have other installation logs that correspond to the first attempt at 20:26?

Regarding the rollback, it depends how the failure occurred.  In most case you should be able to simply restart the Qlik Sense service and the platform will be operational.
