Qlik Sense : Upgrade postgre 9.6 to 12

Hello,
Currently we have a February 2022 version with a postgre base in 9.6.
We want to upgrade to November 2022 and for that we need to upgrade our postgre base.
We can't use the Qlik user because the installation is not done on the C.
How can we do this postgre upgrade?

Do we have to do it before switching to November 2022 or will the Qlik Sense executable upgrade the postgre database at the same time as the Qlik Sense upgrade?
If I uninstall the February 2022 version and reinstall February 2022, the base,  will the installed postgreater database be in 12?

If yes, is it possible to make a dump of our postgre 9.6 database and restore it on a postgre 12 database?

No, you do not have to upgrade the database prior to upgrading to November 2022. Qlik Sense November will not upgrade the database from 9.6 to 12 from the installation
