Hello
A customer of ours is having trouble with a scheduled task running on Qlik Sense Cloud.
It seems to fail intermittantly. The user being used to Qlik Sense has tried to find the log files and hasnt been able to find them. They have 2 reports run before starting work, one at 7am and the other at 8am. It's the 8am one which sometimes fails.
The users can go into it manually and re-run it and it loads the data up without problem. Just periodically the scheduled task just fails to run.
So how do we tell why this failed, with no error displayed on screen and no log files (that we can find) , what are the offical steps to troubleshoot problems like this?
@Ricky_C, since you are using Qlik Cloud Services (QCS), which is either QSEoCS or QSB, here's information on what event logging is available: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000099171
Also check for past incidents to make sure they period does not overlap the time your scheduled task was supposed to run. https://support.qlik.com/articles/000049770
If the events do not show a failure and the task simply did not run during a non overlapping issue time-frame as mentioned above, it would be recommended to reach out to Qlik Support.
If the event shows a failure, double check the availability of the Source data and if your load script was any different than usual at the time of the task execution.
If you have access to the servers where the source data is stored and any level of tracing for ingress access can be enabled, that would be the next steps before contacting Qlik Support.

Hello Andre
Thank you very much for the response.
I'll let the relevant people know and see how we get on.
