Qlik Sense reload time

Dear All,

I need to set the reload time for a report to be under 5 min. From what I can see it can be set only for 1 hour. Is there way to set it for minutes.

as you mentioned there is no option reduced less than hour.

thank you @Ksrinivasan for the info, but I am having issues locating the triggers menu. This is how my QMC looks like.
