Hi,
I've set up Qlik SaaS for a company having Qlik throughout the organization.
We have created managed spaces for each role, Finance, Project Managers, Department Manager, Purchase, Operation, Production etc.
Each employee is a member of an AD-group which is then given access to the corresponding space. Each employee have access to only one managed space where all their relevant apps resides. Simple for all users.
Some of the apps are needed by different roles so they are published into several managed spaces.
This works nicely but the problem is that several reload tasks needs to be configured and each copy needs to be reloaded individually despite the fact that they are copies. This is inefficient both since it requires manual tedious work at each small feature-upgrade and wasted computationally work. What is the best practice in this scenario, should I look into automations, any hints how to do that, or are there any parent-child relation that can be configured so an update of an app is propagated to all its children?
Any ideas are appreciated.
