Hello,
I'm using Qlik sense server and I designed a DASHBOARD that could be displayed in an external screen for marketing purposes. it's a QS app with 5 differents sheets.
My question is : I saw that the concurrent sessions in QS is 5 sessions. but i'm little bit confused about this definition. do you have an explanation of what is a session and how could we reach the 5 sessions ?
THANKS IN ADVANCE
The 5 concurrent sessions relates to a specific user. So User A logs in to the QS dashboard using Google Chrome on their computer. That takes up 1 session. Next they open the app through Qlik Mobile app, this takes up the 2nd session. They can in theory open up Qlik in up to 5 devices. Note this is not app specific, but environment specific. So if you have 10 users, you can potentially have Qlik opened up on 50 devices at one time.
Please also note that multiple users utilizing one login is a breach of your license agreement and the 5 concurrent sessions should be used for the same user. It is not meant for 50 users to be able to share 10 licenses.

Thanks for your answwer. but i'm little bit confused because when i check the sessions monitor in QS sometimes i find more than 5 sessions (soùetimes 20 sessions) for one user and for a specific date.
does anyone know the limit for concurrent sessions for SaaS?
