QlikSense 3.0.0

Hi everybody -- I downloaded the upgrade of QlikSense 3.0.0 but after installing it, it seem to freeze. Has anyone in the community tried it and is it working? I installed the upgrade and it froze. I then uninstalled the old version and reinstalled 3.0.0 as a fresh installation and the screen freezes. Now I don't have the old version. .

Any response would be welcome.

Hi,

I found a reboot of the user system sorted that out.

The other thing I found is that because it's web based it forgot the CSS engine. I had both of these issues yesterday. Reboot of user system sorted them. I likely could have stopped and restarted the services, but it's just easier to reboot the user.

Hi,

I don't know whether your problem is solved by now, but this happened with me.

I cleared the cache and it worked.

ClearCache:

1. Windows + r

2. type cache.png%temp% and enter

Close Qlik Desktop and delete QikSenseBrowserCache.

Now your QlikDesktop should work.

Hope it helps.
