Qliksense - Problem with Upgrade/Uninstall

I get the above error message when I try to upgrade my current version of Qliksense, 1.1.0.0. I also get the same error message when I try to uninstall Qliksense. I have 20 GB of free disk space so the disk is not full and I can install/uninstall other software.

I would appreciate advice on how to proceed.

the answer is simple. The screenshot is clearly written to you - the disk is full

Thanks but I have 20 GB free disk space so it isn't that. Should have mentioned that in my original post.

Betul, did you installed with an local admin right?

Hi Vincenzo, thank you for your reply. No, my computer name and domain are different (https://kb.blackbaud.co.uk/articles/Article/79900). I read how to check it... Does this matter for the install?

Betul, sorry I really didn't understand your server name/domain is different from what. Anyway the article you pointed out is fine to check whet

...whether or not your user is a local administrator (need to belong to the Administrators group).

This is not enought, when you lunch the install you need to right click on the executable and select "run as administrator"

Thanks for your reply. I have installed as an administrator. Plus I can install/uninstall any other software on my laptop. So I don't think this is the issue.

Post the log file, you should find them here

C:\Users\<Your User>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log

You have no errors in this log file. Have a look to the Windows event viewer
