Qliksense token issue

Hi everyone,

If I have 20 tokens, but 40 person need to access to the system, of course they may not be at the same time.

So whenerver ,I do not want to bound a token  to  a user. If the token is available, the other people can  access to the hub.

When 20 tokens run out,then the 21th will not access. Any idea?
