SSL Update Resulted in Failed SAML Connection From QS (IDP) to SalesForce (SP)

Over the weekend, the SSL on our QS expired. We purchased a new SSL from InstantSSL, and it fixed the QlikSense connection issues. The SSL is RSA, but I do not think it has AES cryptography.

Since installing the new SSL, we have lost the SAML connection between QS and SalesForce. When attempting to use QS through SF, users receive a 500 Error. We have QS embedded in SF for our users, with SF acting as the SP and QS acting as the IDP. 

I am not seeing any active errors in the audit logs. 

Can someone help point me in the right direction?
