I would like to have some explanations about the "Publish" action when it comes to design security rules.
Qlik online help says the following :
"Publish -> Publish a resource to a stream."
- Does the term "resource" refers to applications only or can it be something else ?
When designing a security rule, the "Publish" action is an available option for those resource filters :
- Streams
- Applications
- Can someone explain me what "Publish" action exactly means when rule targeted resource is :
- An application ?
- A stream ?
The difference is not obvious to me ... 🤔
Is there any best practice to use "Publish" on an object type rather than another ?
