Sep 2015 Can't access hub via iphone 6 tried everything on forum

Hi Guys,

Let's create a post that solves the issue once and for all about connecting to Sense with mobile. I am using 1.1 server

I am using latest IOS with Iphone 6 so I am aware of the certificate issue but that can be worked around with chrome.

I have added the server IP, name and domain to whitelist.


Added the WIFI routers IP to whitelist because I connect via mobile on that network.

Allowing HTTP.

Opened these ports:

80

443

4244

4448

Still I am getting this message:

senseError.png

I can access QMC though.

Could you please try to help me out, it would be appreciated by me and many others!

uncorrect. Remove routers ip from whitelist. This is a list of addresses or domains which will be available on the server, not the address of the sender's request

do you try connect trought http://servername/hub ? Or you connect only with https?

Can you connect to server using browser on PC? Is it works?

I tried with only http - Did not work.

I must connect via the WIFI at work because we can't access the server from outside!

Don't know how some guys has gotten it to work.

I have work. The only problem with the Apple device that I have seen it for https access.

Solved by including http access.
