Separating two user groups on one Qlik Sense Account

Hi,

i would like to set up a Qlik Sense server configuration for 2 different groups of users.
Due to regulation, these two groups have to be by default separated from each other.
On demand however, it has to be possible to let certain people have access to apps from the other group.

I know with Qlik security rules you can achieve all that. The questions is, how can i set this up as professional
as possible to meet regulatory requirements. Does anyone have experience for a setup like that?

What is the best way to mark those 2 user groups so we can handle them best with sec rules?
I gues using two different AD connections or better tags?

One questions i am dealing with is, if it is technically ok/possible to use two virtual proxies which point to two different app folders for each group? Regulation might have the requirement that the data for each group is not lying on the same machine. Do we get performance issues if we use app folders on a shared network folder?

I would be very glad for some advice.
