Server RAM Usage Spike

At least once a day, our web server is crashing due to something causing memory usage to spike.

I'm using System Monitor v5.1.23 and think I have it narrowed down to at least one corrupted Shared file.  We're on v12 and I can't find a version of Power Tools that will work with it (Shared file repair) and reluctant to use the command line process.

Can anyone help me find an alternative?

Many thanks!
Jason
