The QRS is not reachable at the port 4242 of the "Proxy address"

Hi,

I am trying to connect NPrinting Server to Qlik Sense Server. I am used all the steps of installation, but I always have the same error: "The QRS is reachable at the port 4242 of the Proxy address".

I have open the port 4242 in Qlik Sense Server and in the NPrinting Server but the issue persists.

This article may have a bit more guidance. If telnet is not enabled try the second article as it has a different methodology for testing ports. If you've opened the ports, please test them.

Can you elaborate on what configuration issue did you correct at your end.

In our case, ports are open however we are still facing the error.
