My environment is running on Qlik Sense February 2019 Patch 3
Qlik Senseserver:13.9.6
I'm having this error anytime a user open an app. Please any help will be highly appreciated.
"Unable to connect to the Qlik sense engine possible causes: Too many open connections, the server is offline, or networking issues"

Thanks, I have this link with me, this may not be applicable since the user is using QlikSense SaaS Edition (Cloud services). So checking further.
ok. I did not see that he his facing this issue in qliksense SaaS edition in thread that's why I replied with this post.
I am also interested in this solution. Please keep us updated if find anything.
