Unable to order 2 additional Analyzer User and change my profile

Hi Support,

when i click on the „Update your Profile“ button ill get redirected and logged off :

Ive tried it in Firefox an Edge… (Private Mode too)

 

Can someone please send us an Quote for 2 Analyzer user (Additional to the actual Fliesen-Zentrum Deutschland GmbH installation)

 

The Partnerportal is still not working and its critical to made an (normally) easy order for a Customer of us. At this moment we arent able to Sale youre Products.  

the quote for our customer is Urgent.

Since fixing this will require personal/company information, you should create a case for customer support, they can help you with any account related questions.

 

Here is a link on how to log a case. The example is for a technical case, so make sure you pick Account Related instead of Product Related. You can also use the chat function to get a case added or solved.
