Upgrade Version From Sense February 2019 to February 2022

Hi to everybody

I tried to update Qlik Sense from February 2019 to february 2022 but i have 1 problem and 1 question for you:

1)Problem:

After start .exe for instal Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows on single node the message below appears

link go to Page not found.... can anyone give me a hint?I ran the .exe file with the application services still running, is this a problem?

2)Question:

In the current version (Feb 2019) i have the following application services...i dont see QRD but postgresql-x64-10... is it the equivalent?

I'm not finding recent documentation and for Feb.2019, does anyone have suggestions?
