Upgrade to Qlik Sense November 2018 to September 2019 standalone database

Hi, im planing on upgrading a Qlik Sense multinode enviroment that has a standalone database.

The upgrade is from Qlik Sense November 2018 to Qlik Sense September 2019, I have found this article on support that says it is mandatory when performing the upgrade to Sense June 2019, the creation of the License database before running the installer

I would like to know if this also applies when upgrading from Qlik Sense November 2018 to Qlik Sense September 2019

yes, that should be interpreted as 'from (QS) June 2019 onwards'
