Upgrading Qlik Sense from May 2023 to May 2024

Hi All,

Thank you for taking time and reading this. We are planning to upgrade our Qlik Sense sense servers from May 2023 Patch 2 - 14.129.8 to May 2024.  We have a multi node environment with stand alone PostgreSQL 12.5. Do I need to upgrade the PostgreSQL 12.5 to 14.8? If we don't do PosgretSQL upgrade, will we able to do in-place installation? and if we do what issues will we face . And if we do plan to upgrade should we upgrade the PostgreSQL before upgrading Qlik Sense servers?

I recommend you open a case with Qlik Support where they can guide you through the specific steps for your environment.
