Hi,

What should you consider when assigning login access passes? Any lessons learned?

We have Qlik Sense enterprise and have user access passes, we are discovering that many users are not using the user access passes as much as anticipated. So we are considering giving them login access passes.

What should you watch out for when assigning login access passes? From a technical and business users point of view?

Any lessons learned and advice you can share on implementing this please?

I use this settings:

If the user access the system once a week(or less) I use login pass, and if its more loguin pass.

For me this is the best cost benefit configuration.
