barchart and combochart no longer working starting 17. August 2020 08:40

The joy doesn't stop. This morning all reports using barcharts or combocharts stopped working, they doesn't render with message barchart() not available in the cloud.

Logged a case, will update.

13:39 CEST it started working again. No update on my support ticket so far. Ok, it works again - but i am an unhappy customer ....

Ours seem to be working ok (Phew!)

If it helps to trouble-shoot, we are region EU and these are on dashboards that have not been reloaded.

I'm in EU too, and yes old reports not reloaded work. The ones i refreshed today are not working anymore.

Sorry, I just posted another thread with the same topic. The Combo Chart is fine until I do a reload. My mobile is lighting up! I hope this can be sorted out soon.

No joy for me, still invalid visualisation.

I just did a manual reload on my Apps and the Combo Charts all work phew! 

I spotted something new though. I am quite sure it was not like this before. I am finding when I made some selections in an App then go back into the Hub, then reopen the App, the selections are still there. I am sure they used to clear when I went to the Hub?
