desktop sense feb 2019 and IIS in the same computer

I had installed the previous version of Sense and it worked ok.

I had to install the IIS on my computer for some developments in C #.

I installed the 2019 Sense Desktop version  and I can not access the applications panel.

It goes to the directory of the site that I have inside the IIS.

How should I configure the desktop sense to work in my Windows 10 environment with IIS?

Hi,
Simple is change IIS port from 80 to another one.
I don't know how change default port binding on QS Desktop.
