unit of process time in QIX performance log

what is the unit of ProcessTime in Telemetry Dashboard?
We set error threshold as 20 seconds. The Dashboard gives me ProcessTime = 0.1. How to understand it?

Milliseconds is the unit of time. So if you wanted a WARN threshold at 20 seconds, then you'd set: WarningProcessTimeMs=20000.

Also note that there are 2 areas where Telemetry can be configured (PeakMemory and ProcessTime). A breach of either of those thresholds will write a log. For example, a calc takes 19 seconds to render but takes > WarningPeakMemory THEN it'd be logged as a warning.
