Unable to upload external libraries from studio to local nexus

I have attached 3 screenshots: TMC, Nexus running locally on port 9081, external libraries on file system. I would expect if I have studio and nexus running, the external libraries from my file system should be pushed to nexus. But it's not happening talend-custom-libs-snapshot in nexus is empty. Any clues?

That's using TAC. I am using TMC.
