City of Rio de Janeiro out of his place

Hi, 

I add a Map to my App, 

Add three layers (camadas) ,

Coutry (all Brazil) , State (code) and City 

Rio de Janeiro (city) appers out of his rela place.

Could I doing anything wrong ?

Note Rio de Janeiro (city) has same name of his State.

Help the geocoder and specify the the type is city in the location properties
