Is there a channel or preferred way to notify Qlik about issues in GeoAnalytics maps?

For example, postal code lookup works spottily for Palmdale, California zip codes:

93550 - succeeds in both bubble and area layers

93551 - both bubble and area layers

93559 - this works in the bubble layer, but does not work in the area layer.

Hi Kevin,

In location database, worldwide, there are more zip code center points than there are zip code areas.

The coverage of zip code center points are greater than zip code areas.

We are soon to release and update the map data package with updated US zip code areas.

Hello,

As an observation, the example you provided (93559) apparently belongs to a PO Box. So, even with the latest data, you won't get any area on the map for that one, only the center point.
