Qlik Maps Failed to get a response from the location server. Check your connection and try again

I am getting the above on the Maps feature in Qlik, wondering if anyone can make suggestions.  I am looking for what could be causing this all of a sudden.

Do have internet connection, can get to maps.qlikcloud.com 443

the map comes up in the background and this shows up on top of it.

Found the issue it looks like.  A proxy was introduced above us and is doing a header injection as part of the security posture.  Working with our security team to identify and add exceptions/access-control-allow-origin in Qlik.

Hi @Tedmistro
Is it possible for you to share the qvf?
Make it very simple by removing unneeded sheets and other objects.
We could check and try to identify the issue and advise accordingly
