For Qlik Employees, If you are experiencing any issues post-launch here is what you should do:
1. Log a ServiceNow Ticket Log a ServiceNow Ticket for issues that deal with Permissions, inability to login, SSO or “lost access to perform some function”
2. Post a question in the Discussion Board For basic "how do I" questions or issues with the platform itself (eg., “how do I share a post on Twitter?” or “how do I bookmark content?”) please ask those questions in the Discussion Board.
