Melissa is a community strategist and visionary and loves the balance between working with customers and internal stakeholders as well as the mix of working on creative (UI) and experience (UX). Melissa prides herself on anticipating what other lines of business need before they ask for it.
When not working Melissa stays busy with her 3 teenage daughters and is currently addicted to Orange Theory.

On the day-to-day Jeremy is managing our community platform hosted on Khoros (f/k/a Lithium). He is continuously mindful to ensure system stability and performance at all times while juggling a myriad of changes to our UI/UX . Jeremy manages our stage and production environments, all inbound ServiceNow tickets, support cases with Khoros all while simultaneously juggling many active projects.
When not working Jeremy is enjoying his new home in TX with his wife and beautiful baby girl.
Sue is our Chief Community Moderator. With over 20+ forums in our community this is no small job. On the day-to-day Sue keeps our community a spam free and organized environment while providing governance to our team of virtual moderators. This involves providing guidance and direction to our internal team of support contributors and external teams of MVP and group administrators. Sue is also the teams point person for handling promotions (events/webinars) and social.
When not working Sue keeps busy with her husband and 2 teenage children on Long Island, NY
