We are in the process of implementing QlikView at our hospital. Our first applicaiton will be a single-sheet Executive Dashboard for use by our senior leadership, to give them a snapshot view of key indicators. The biggest challenge we face is that senior leadership is finding it difficult to communicate exactly what indicators they want to see on the Executive Dashboard. So, we are flying blind.
It would be very helpful for us to see what other QlikView hospitals are showing their executives. Would any of you be willing to share either a screen shot or a scrubbed QVW? We are a Meditech hospital, and use their Data Repository as our primary data source, but examples from other HIS platforms are certainly welcome.
