I want to select the one porcent of the population more expensive

Hi,

Im trying to select the one porcent of the population more expensive,  I have done a indicator chart that shows how much the one porcent consume of the cost. The sentence of the indicator chart is this:

Sum({<[CONTRATO_AFIL] = {"=rank(sum([Autorizaciones.COSTO_SERVICIO]), 0) <= (rank(count(distinct([CONTRATO_AFIL])), 0)*.02)"}>} [Autorizaciones.COSTO_SERVICIO])/sum(total([Autorizaciones.COSTO_SERVICIO]))

If can someone give me a light im going to be so grateful

Hi,

This is my table and i have a pareto of the pacientes, all my variables are calculated in the table but i want to create a button filter that choose a percentile of the patients.
